Name Your Niche reports are research and guidance based on your inputs. We do not promise or guarantee sales, revenue, rankings, or any specific outcome. Nothing on this site is financial, tax, or legal advice.

Terms of Service

By purchasing a report you agree that you are the person paying, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you will use the report for your own business research. Reports are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within a few business days. You may not resell or republish the report as your own product. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information you submit (name, email, niche form answers) and the purchase records Stripe sends us (transaction ID, amount, email). We use this to deliver your report and provide support. We do not sell your data. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. To request deletion of your data, email hello@nameyourniche.online.

Refund Policy

Because reports are custom digital deliverables, all sales are final once the report has been delivered. If you have not yet submitted the niche form, or if there is a problem with delivery on our side, email hello@nameyourniche.online within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right — a revision or a full refund.
